The owners of Kongsveien 94 commissioned King Design to develop a sign system for for the building, without spoiling its originality and beauty. We wanted to be sensitive to the building’s tradition whilst displaying the type of commercial enterprises renting space therein.

Our solution is daring and controversial. It takes courage for branch managers of banks and estate agents to reduce the presence of their own corporate identities to subtle window graphics, and to appreciate the aesthetic advantage of harmonious typography.

The hand crafted metal letters keep tastefully in style with the era and architecture of Kongsveien 94.
